Olandria Carthen Said 2026 Would Be “Full-Fledged.” She Was Not Lying.

Olandria Carthen warned us that 2026 was going to be “full-fledged,” and judging by her recent schedule, she meant it. In five days, the fashion and beauty personality attended three major Milan Fashion Week shows before crossing the Atlantic for the MTV Video Music Awards.

She started on Sept. 23 at Off-White’s 10×10 Imaginary Palace presentation in Milan. The look leaned futuristic and playful, while hairstylist Keisha Moore gave her a sleek high ponytail with flipped ends. Moore later explained that she wanted the style polished at the base but with enough volume and movement to keep it from feeling too severe. It immediately set the tone for Olandria’s Milan run: no repeating the same formula from show to show.

The next day came Roberto Cavalli, and the mood changed completely. Olandria arrived in a floor-length Cavalli gown with a plunging draped neckline, thigh-high slit and dramatic feather trim. The Fall/Winter 2026 design used a silver-fox print that created a plush, fur-like illusion.

Then there was the hair: a waist-length mullet that Allure described as an unexpected high-fashion turn for her. It was darker, sexier and much more theatrical than the Off-White look.

By Sept. 25, she was front row at Blumarine in a lingerie-inspired black bodysuit, sheer tights, pointed pumps and a dramatic black-and-white furry stole. She also switched the Cavalli mullet for a short pixie, giving us another complete transformation less than 24 hours later. Three shows in three days, three completely different beauty directions. Then she crossed the Atlantic.

Fashion is clearly taking her seriously. Three major Milan shows in three consecutive days, followed by the VMAs in Los Angeles two days later, is more than simple visibility. It shows how quickly Olandria has moved from Love Island USA breakout to someone fashion houses want in their front rows.

More importantly, she is not repeating the same look everywhere she goes. Off-White gave us sleek and futuristic. Cavalli went dark and theatrical. Blumarine delivered lingerie-inspired glamour and a pixie cut. Then the VMAs brought the soft, glossy curls back. Hairstylist Ashanti Lation said she wanted that final look to feel “sexy, effortless and glamorous,” which pretty much sums it up.  

Olandria said 2026 would be “full-fledged.” Four major appearances in five days suggest we may have underestimated just how full-fledged she meant.
