Shots Fired at Rihanna’s Beverly Hills Home as Police Arrest Suspect

On Sunday afternoon, police arrested a 30-year-old woman after she allegedly fired several gunshots toward Rihanna’s Beverly Hills home while the singer was inside.

According to law enforcement sources cited by The Los Angeles Times, officers responded to the scene at around 1:21 p.m. local time after reports of gunfire at the property.

Gunfire Reported From Vehicle Outside Home

Investigators say the suspect fired multiple rounds from inside a vehicle parked across the street from the house.

Police radio dispatch audio obtained by the Times suggests “approximately 10 shots” were fired from a white Tesla before the vehicle fled south along Coldwater Canyon Drive.

At least one bullet reportedly pierced the wall of the property, according to authorities.

Despite the alarming nature of the incident, officials confirmed that no injuries were reported.

Police Sgt. Jonathan de Vera told reporters that officers later took a 30-year-old woman into custody, though her identity has not yet been released.

Rihanna Was Home During the Incident

Sources told the Times that Rihanna was inside the house when the shots were fired.

It remains unclear whether anyone else was present in the property at the time.

The home is where Rihanna lives with her partner, rapper A$AP Rocky, and their three children: RZA, Riot and Rocki.

Authorities have not publicly confirmed a motive for the shooting, and police have released few details about the suspect.

Investigation Still Developing

The Los Angeles Police Department has not yet issued a full statement explaining what led to the incident. Representatives for Rihanna also did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

For now, the case raises unsettling questions about security around one of the world’s most recognisable pop stars. Even in Beverly Hills — a neighbourhood synonymous with privacy and protection — a vehicle reportedly pulled up across the street and fired multiple rounds toward a family home.

Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
