I don’t know who she is, but she is a beautiful woman and that dress is doing her no favours in the bust area. She is almost falling out of that dress! It’s a beautiful dress but the bust size fit is way too small. Was it designed for a smaller bust, but wasn’t picked? I don’t know but she should try to get dresses that fit all the way round.
