Meghan Sussex Masters Quiet Luxury in Brochu Walker at Cookie Queens Screening

Meghan Sussex delivered another lesson in polished summer dressing as she attended a special Cookie Queens screening at Camp Arnaz in Ojai, California, on 29 July.

The Duchess of Sussex wore Brochu Walker’s Gaia Marled Tee, a relaxed V-neck knit made from a cotton-polyester Italian marled yarn. Its ribbed neckline and hem gave the outfit structure, while the tonal marled yarn kept the look soft and understated.

Meghan’s Elevated Summer Formula

Meghan paired the brown knit with Jenni Kayne’s Newport shorts in white, featuring subtle front pleats. The brand crafts the structured yet relaxed design from crisp Italian cotton poplin, though the white version had sold out by publication.

She completed the outfit with dark embroidered velvet loafers. The exact pair has not been confirmed, but this Stubbs & Wootton style offers a similar look. She added stacked gold bangles and Logan Hollowell’s Lovers Duet Diamond and Emerald Chain Necklace. The emerald may hold personal significance because it is Prince Archie’s birthstone.

The result felt appropriate for the setting. Meghan looked refined without appearing overdressed while meeting young Girl Scouts and promoting a documentary she executive produced about the ambition, pressures and experiences of four young Girl Scouts during cookie season.
