Larson, the founder of UNLMTD Partners, specializes in crisis management and corporate strategy. She previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Coatue, where she worked with major businesses on brand positioning. As an external advisor, she will help Meghan and Harry navigate public relations challenges and support their growing business ventures.

These hires follow other strategic staffing moves. Last year, the couple brought on Kyle Boulia as Deputy Press Secretary and promoted Miranda Barbot to Vice President of Programs and Partnerships at Archewell. Ben Browning, a BAFTA and Academy Award winner, leads their content production efforts.
