Things have escalated quickly for Love Island USA star Huda Mustafa, and now the woman at the center of the legal action is breaking her silence.

According to TMZ, Nicole Olivera, who shares a child with Huda’s boyfriend Louis Russell, says the situation reached a breaking point in the early hours of February 21. She claims Huda arrived uninvited at her Los Angeles apartment around 1:30 a.m., allegedly forcing her way into the building, with the incident reportedly captured on surveillance footage.

Nicole also alleges that in the hours leading up to the incident, Huda sent distressing messages, including statements suggesting she might harm herself and “would not be here tomorrow.” The situation, she says, intensified further when Huda confronted Louis and demanded reassurance about their relationship.

Nicole Olivera, the mother of Louis Russell’s child, says the situation escalated on February 21 around 1:30 a.m., when Huda Mustafa allegedly showed up uninvited at her Los Angeles apartment. She claims Huda forced her way into the building without permission, and says the incident was captured on surveillance video. Nicole also alleges Huda sent alarming messages in the hours before arriving, including statements suggesting she might harm herself. She says the confrontation later involved Louis Russell, with Huda allegedly demanding reassurance about their relationship. Nicole says her focus is protecting her child and maintaining privacy, adding she does not want drama or a public response.

Despite the chaos, Nicole is drawing a clear line. She says her focus is not on drama but on protecting her child. She added that she does not want a public back-and-forth, apology or attention, only privacy and safety for her family. At the same time, she struck a notably measured tone, calling the situation “extremely unfortunate for everybody involved” and saying she still prays for Huda’s mental health.

A judge has since granted a temporary restraining order, requiring Huda to stay at least 100 yards away from Nicole, her son and their home.

Huda has not publicly responded.

What stands out here is how quickly a personal relationship spilled into a legal situation involving a child. Whatever is happening behind the scenes, one thing is clear: once it reaches this level, it stops being reality TV drama and becomes something far more serious.
