They got married and told almost no one. According to Variety, Zendaya’s longtime stylist, Law Roach, casually confirmed the news on the red carpet at the SAG Awards. When Access Hollywood asked about wedding plans, Roach smiled and said, “The wedding has already happened. You missed it.” Pressed again, he doubled down. “It’s very true.”
There was no glossy rollout or carefully staged magazine exclusive, no choreographed bridal reveal for a Vogue cover. Instead, the confirmation came almost offhand, delivered by a stylist with a microphone and a knowing smile.
For a couple that has spent years dodging intrusive speculation, that feels intentional.
The Ring Switch That Gave It Away
Fans noticed before any formal confirmation arrived. In February, Zendaya was photographed in Los Angeles wearing a slim gold band on her left ring finger, replacing the 5-carat diamond engagement ring she had debuted at the Golden Globes. The change did not go unnoticed.
Media outlets reported on the swap, and online speculation intensified. While some observers noted she had previously opted for simpler rings during filming, this time the band remained in place.
The conversation even spilled into prediction markets. On Polymarket, bettors began weighing the odds of a 2026 wedding, with probabilities climbing as rumours grew. For many fans, the conclusion felt obvious well before Law Roach confirmed it on the red carpet.
From Spider-Man Co-Stars to Something Real
They met on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2016. Went public in 2021. Confirmed their engagement in early 2025 after Tom corrected a reporter who called Zendaya his “girlfriend.” “Fiancée,” he laughed.
They returned together in Spider-Man: Far From Home and Spider-Man: No Way Home. They will share the screen again in Spider-Man: Brand New Day and in The Odyssey.
That’s a decade of knowing each other. Nearly five years of public dating. An engagement confirmed without theatrics. And now, apparently, a wedding done on their terms.
Tom said in 2024 that working with her is “a saving grace” and the “best thing that’s ever happened” to him. He described those quiet glances on set when a director gives a note they both disagree with. The kind of look that says, we’ll talk later.
Zendaya told Vanity Fair in 2025 that acting beside him feels “strangely comfortable.” It feels second nature and safe, the kind of language that cannot be manufactured.

No Spectacle Is the Point
Hollywood loves a wedding rollout. A drip-feed of dress sketches. Guest lists and a curated People exclusive. Instead, Zendaya and Tom appear to have done the most rebellious thing possible in 2026: kept it private.
That privacy tracks. When engagement rumours swirled after the Golden Globes ring, they didn’t rush to confirm. When tabloids pushed wedding timelines, Law Roach insisted planning hadn’t even started because Zendaya’s schedule was packed with projects like Euphoria season three.
Now we find out the wedding may have already happened. Not because they teased it. Not because they monetised it. But because a stylist casually let it slip. From Tom’s 2015 Instagram “mate” birthday caption, to “My MJ,” to correcting the world with “fiancée,” and now, quietly, wife. Marry your best friend, the replies keep saying. They did. And they didn’t ask for applause.
